1. Application consultation and document submission

2. School screening and interview

3. Notification of acceptance
The school will send an acceptance letter to the applicant.
4. Certificate of Eligibility issued
The school will issue a Certificate of Eligibility to the Immigration Bureau.
5. Application result notification
The school will notify the applicant of the result.
6. Certificate of Eligibility and Letter of Admission sent
The school will send the applicant a Certificate of Eligibility and a letter of admission.
7. First year payment transfer
Applicants should transfer the first year payment to the school along with the entrance examination fee.
Please transfer a total of ¥865,000 to the school’s designated account by the specified deadline.

8. VISA application

9. Arrival in Japan and enrollment
You will arrive in Japan and begin your school life.
- If your student visa is not issued
Upon receipt of the certificate and a refund request form for all payments made, excluding the entrance examination fee, the amount will be refunded to the designated bank on the 25th of the month following the closing date of the month. Transfer fees will be borne by the applicant. - When an incident occurs that requires a student to withdraw from school within one year
Only in cases where the principal has given permission, tuition fees will be refunded from the month following the month in which the relevant term began. Refunds will be made to the designated bank on the 25th of the month following the closing date of the month, based on the refund invoice. Transfer fees will be borne by the applicant.
About submitted documents
- As a general rule, submitted documents cannot be returned.
- Documents in languages other than Japanese must be accompanied by a Japanese translation.
- All certificates must have been issued within three months of the month you submit them to the Immigration Bureau (end of November, March, May, or September).

Please fill in the specific amount of support, method, etc. in detail. ② Bank statement of sponsor Submit a bank balance certificate of around ¥3,000,000.

From application to enrollment application Submit the application documents along with the selection fee (the applicant or the contact person should bring it with them). Selection The school will decide whether or not the applicant has been accepted based on document screening, a contact person interview, an on-site interview and exam, etc. The result will be notified to the applicant or the contact person. Immigration application The school will apply for a Certificate of Eligibility to the Immigration Bureau. Certificate of Eligibility After the Immigration Bureau has examined the documents, the school will be notified of the issuance of the residence status permit (approximately three months after submitting the application).

- Please note that bank transfer fees must be borne by the sender.
- If the applicant’s bank does not have transactions with the above banks, bank charges will be deducted from the remittance amount, and the actual cost will be charged to the applicant after enrollment.
- The entrance examination fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- As a general rule, tuition fees for the first year must be paid in full, and once full payment has been confirmed, we will issue an admission certificate for our school.
- Tuition fees will not be refunded once paid. However, if a student cancels their stay in Japan due to unavoidable circumstances, even if they have been issued a Certificate of Eligibility, the admission fee, tuition fee, and other fees (facility fees, health care fees) will be returned in exchange for the return of the Certificate of Eligibility and the admission permit.
